When I scan my computer Clamwin finds many many many viruses, Worm Brontok E. It seems like in each of my folders an extra folder with the same name as the original folder exists and this is what Clamwin claims posesses the virus. Is this correct or is this some kind of bug? Thank you for helping out!

It is frequently a false positive if you find the same virus detected in multiple files--since most viruses are meant to be stealthy. Too many infections would make it more likely to be noticed and the user will do something about it.
Upload one of the Brontok files to VirusTotal or Jotti for confirmation. VirusTotal has a nice downloadable program/script that integrates with the Windows Explorer right context menu that lets you click on a file and Send To them.
