I'm glad everything is okay. UPS and FedEX emails are frequently used to entice people to download an infected attachment. If you have the free Malwarebytes, keep it on your machine. It is very good at removing viruses once they get on a machine. Many AVs, incluiding ClamWin, do not devote much time to the registry, but Malwarebytes does, and that's what a lot of malware uses to make a "home" for itself.
