What traffic does ClamWin scan...?

In looking through the manual I see the ClamWin does email scans. The question is "Does ClamWin scan all traffic in and out of the network port or is it just and email AV scanner?"

ClamWin doesn't scan traffic on any ports. It is only a file scanner.
