Is the Scribble virus network borne?
Will Clamwin detect this virus on a PC and any USB devices connected to a PC?

it should, but you need to scan the file manually.

Clam/ClamWin has two signatures for Scribble. I don't know how old they are, but these signatures should be detected if, as Alch says, you run a manual scan. If you have a network, however, you should probably use a real-time antivirus and keep ClamWin in a backup role. If you run across any new Scribbles that ClamWin doesn't detect, please be sure to send samples to Clam so they can get new signatures.
