Compatibility with Windows Vista

Is the Clam Free Virus compatible with Windows Vista? I just bought a new Dell Computer
and it will not allow me to install Clam Free Virus totally. Please let me know.

ClamWin is certainly compatible with Vista, however, you probably need administrator priviliges to install it properly.
