Hi,
Here is a little report, maybe it is a bug :
the program stuck in place
C:\Program Files\Xilisoft\DVD Ripper Platinum 5\lang folder and made loop;
it can't handle korean, japan, russish ... (files of languages), when cleared these files program went on

What sort of extension did these files have? Was it some sort of odd extension that we could exclude?
