I am preparing my graduation project and I am planning to develop an application like ClamWin with ClamAV in background in Windows platform
I am having C/C++ programming knowledge and I am planning to develop this GUI in C++.

Please clarify my doubts.
1. I have seen ClamWin's source. Its in .net. Can the same functionality be achieved by using C++?
2. For what are all the functions (example: scan) my C++ code can contact the ClamAV?
3. In which format the scan request should sent to ClamAV?
4. The ClamWin source also having Python files. please tell me its role in ClamWin.
