ClamTray not loading on WinXP startup

I have this one pc that when I loaded ClamWin then restarted the pc and I noticed that ClamTray is not loading. I run ClamWin on several other computers and it loads ok on them.

Operating system: Windows XP Pro SP2

Any suggestions?
