Hi,
One of them say that there are no viruses(SUPERAntiSpyware Professional) and one says there are alot of viruses (Norton Security Scan) why?

Hello Stella,
If you have 2 AV installed on your machine at the same time (and both of them are resident/On access scanners) it is likely that they are conflicting each other.
Be sure to have only one resident scanner (there are good free ones around; Avira Antivir Free, Avast, AVG Free); for a double check you may install Clamwin. Since it's only on demand scanner it won't conflict with other av installed.
If the problem of detected threats persist upload the files to www.virustotal.com and check what comes out. If most part of the AV find the file the file as infected it would be better to quarantine or remove it.
