Look under the File Locations tab in configuration/preferences for the Virus Database Folder.

Hello,
On Vista Home I've found it under
C:\ProgramData\.clamwin\db
Ensure your system is showing hidden folders (Control Panel-Folder options-Visualization Tab and choose Shown hidden files and folders) since ProgramData should be hidden (at least it was so in my configuration).
Regards,
Antonio
