It says found...and when I found it under the appropriate file, it wont let me delete it. It says its in use by another program...but nothing else is open on my computer?

I changed so that it goes into a quarentine folder but the scan is now taking forever. Any ideas?

what program is infected (name)? You might upload a copy of the file to VirusTotal for an online scan to verify it's not a false positive. If it is infected, you might try a scan (with quarantine on) in Windows Safe Mode. If that doesn't work, use Google to find out something about the malware, and you might learn how to get rid of it from that. Finally, ClamWin now has an Antimalware Resources page--visit it for some references to sources of help.
