Two quick things.
I recently did a virus scan and found 21 of these things on my system, clamwin was able to delete 8, I manually removed 12 from the quarantine folder, but the last one can't be deleted by clam or me. When I try to it says it can't be deleted because another program is using it. Any advice?
Second During scans, usually of the user folder, clamwin periodically tells me that a file does not exist like User\****\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Low\ then a whole lot of random letters and numbers. No such file or directory

Get the free Unlocker program from https://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/ on the Web. When installing, select Yes if you are asked if you want Explorer integration. That way, you can navigate to a file in Windows Explorer, right click on the name, and select Unlocker and then select Delete. Sometimes you will have to Restart Windows to completely delete a file.
Every once in a while, I will get a file that ClamWin tells me does not exist, and I am not sure why. It seems to help if I use the Disk Cleanup utility (making sure to check clean Temporary Internet Files and Temporary Files) before I start a scan. I don't worry too much about it.
