I have been using ClamWin for the past six months without any problems.
I just installed the new version 0.93 and now ClamWin won't work.

This is the message it puts in the CLAMTRAY.EXE.log file.

ImportError: DLL load failed: One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found.

How do I fix this?

I'm running WindowsME

Current software, including ClamWin, is getting "out of touch" with the older operating systems now. I don't know if that is your problem, but you might try an uninstall and then a completely new install of ClamWin version 0.93.

Thanks for that advise. I completely uninstalled ClamWin and then installed version 0.93, and now it works okay.

Do I need to tell the programmers about this? Or are they already aware of this problem?

I'm glad it's working. This can happen with any program/software occasionally--who knows why. So the first thing you should try if any software doesn't work correctly after installation is a Complete reinstall.

Uninstall previous version ClamWin and manual installation 0.93 - no good idea imho:
1. I want update ClamWin on many computers in lan by cmd-file - copy new files to "C:\Program Files\ClamWin"
2. ClamWin 0.93 not work in "portable" mode from flash-disk
