ClamWin is a free/unpaid/volunteer-developed antivirus, and these forums and related Frequently Asked Questions on the ClamWin Web site ARE the user support resources.
Make certain that you have selected to Integrate With Windows Explorer when you installed ClamWin. If you didn't make that selection, I suggest you re-install ClamWin, and very carefully review the options that appear on the screen during installation.

I once installed ClamWin and forgot to select the option to Integrate With Windows Explorer and was thus unable to scan individual files when I selected them. This was cured by an uninstall and a reinstall with the integration option selected. If this is not your problem, then I'm not sure what to recommend. If this is from a scheduled scan or a scan of an entire directory, subdirectory, or hard drive, I suggest you post a copy of the ClamWin scan log next.
Sometimes problems can be solved by Uninstalling ClamWin and then reinstalling it. That's another reason why I suggested it previously. If you've already done that and it didn't help, post the log, and someone can probably help.

Is this the case for all files you scan, or just some of them ??
ClamWin can not scan the files because they are locked by some program or because you do not have access to them (are you logged in as administrator while scanning ??).

They don't appear to be system generated files. See if you can upload one of the files to Jotti for a scan at https://virusscan.jotti.org/ on the Web and see what other scanners say about them. Judging by the extensions, two of them look like some kind of hash file--maybe a log of something. The .cat file has a double extenson, which is usually suspicious, and they are accompanied by the executable file--suspicious also . Have you installed any new software lately? This has a pattern similar to some of the backdoor/keylogger trojans you see.
You might try unlocking them with Unlocker available at https://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/ on the Web.

Another thing you can try is to boot Windows in safe mode and scan from there.

This program was just what I wanted , but as it turned out It seems as it is not for me.Thanks everyone for trying to help.If I have to do all these suggestions everytime I want to use it ,it is not very user friendly. So I have uninstalled it.
