hi i have this following virus thats been in my computer for some time now and can't be removed, any suggestions how i could get rid off it would really help since im in budapest for a few months and no one speaks the language that kind off adds to my problems

try running memory scan with quarantine option enabled
also go in advanced tab and add --unload as additional command line
