Hello: how may I designate clamAV for windows (it's on a w2KAS SP4) to scan an entire partition (disk)? Here's the command line I use:
C:\clamav-devel\bin\clamscan.exe d:
here's the result:
----------- SCAN SUMMARY -----------
Known viruses: 197536
Engine version: SOSDG_0.91.2-3a/devel-20071002
Scanned directories: 1
Scanned files: 0
Infected files: 0
Data scanned: 0.00 MB
Time: 32.757 sec (0 m 32 s)
I seem to have freshclam.exe (2oct07) installed ok. AV updates seem to be done ok. But as you see, only 1 directory is scanned. I tried using d:*.* but no go. Also tried d:\*.*. (D partition has 3G of files & dirs on it.) I tried scanning a particular dir on that same partition, that has all permissions checked, and it is a shared dir. Still not found, no scan. I did do a search on the forums & FAQ, and didn't find a user guide which might have an answer. Thank you.

You need to specify --recursive (or -r) parameter.
