Scanning my C drive gives lots of warnings like this:
WARNING: Can't open file \\?\C:\Documents and Settings\martin\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\1ER7PMEN\pc=clamwin;tpc=mswin_server2003;tpc=mswin_me;tpc=mswin_98;tpc=mswin_2000;tpc=mswin_xp;tpc=modern_oses;tpc=other;tpc=python;tpc=cpp;tpc=security;ord=499687136993799379¶??·??/@@, No such file or directory
Note the random junk on the end of the filename -- it should end with "ord=49968713699379931".
It looks like there are problems with scanning file whose names are > 260 chars?
