I have win32:BHO-KD trojan, will clamwin get rid of this?

I don't know--try it with the Remove configuration option and see. Some trojans are hard to get rid of once they are on your computer because they have "setup" files that are often overlooked by antivirus software. Some ideas:
Try a scan with any antivirus in Safe Mode.
Try the AVG Anti-rootkit, but research a file before you let it delete it to make sure it's not a needed system file.
Get a trial copy of an antitrojan (like A2 Antimalware or Prevx).
Do some research with Google to see what files are dropped by the trojan and remove them.
