What is the difference between https://w32.clamav.net/ ClamAV for Windows and ClamWin? Both seem to be pretty well-maintained, I'm just confused by the coexistence.

The main difference is that w32.clamav is a Windows port of clamav application without extras. This means you have to scan from command line or using automated scripts (for instance for use with email servers).
ClamWin on the other hand is a graphical front-end with some extra such as a user-friendly scheduler, easy configuration and an MS Outlook-plugin.
Both have their pros and cons, so the best choice of those two depends upon what you need.

ClamWin also has a better ongoing development effort than the other port, which primarily just incorporates the new ClamAV code into the Windows code.
