It depends upon whether or not you have configured ClamWin to Report Only or Quarantine infected files. You should probably not configure it to Remove--in case you have a false positive, you might remove an important file. If you remove or quarantine an important file, you may regret it, or if it is a Windows system file, you may even lose access to your computer.
If you have configured ClamWin to Report Only, use Windows Explorer to go to the location of the file shown in the ClamWin Virus Scan report, select the file and then delete it.
If you have configured ClamWin to Quarantine infected files, use Windows Explorer to go to the location of the Quarantine folder shown in ClamWin's General Preferences tab, select the file and then delete it.
All antivirus programs have "false positives" now and the, so before doing anything, however, I suggest you upload a copy of the infected file to VirusTotal on line and get a free scan with multiple antivirus programs (including ClamAV). If several other AVs also find the file is infected, it's probably not a false positive, and you can safely delete the file from your computer if it's not an important file for which you don't have a backup (you will have to see if you can clean it somehow in that case).
