If Clamwin is installed and has a weekly scheduled scan, say at 4PM on Tue and the computer is turned off at that time will the scan run when the computer is started back up or will it not scan until next Tue at 4PM?

ClamWin will not make up a missed scheduled scan. There is no makeup option, so you will have to either scan manually or wait until the next scheduled scan.

Thanks GuitarBob. Same question for sig updates. If a computer is off when a scheduled update is set to take place will it update upon next boot (assuming update at long is NOT checked).

If ClamWin misses a schedules signature update, it will wait until the next scheduled signature update and do it. It will not go back and "make up" a missed update. If you set up for hourly updates, missing one is not really that important for most people.
