It would be very nice to have a little tool, that would create a kind of a ClamWin BootCD and has the possibility to integrate the newest signatures from your Hard drive or from the siganture servers.
I don't know how effective this would be (at the moment?), but some virus scanners offer a similar feature to detect rootkits or to scan a compromised system.
