When I run Clamwin, I keep getting these flagged messages:
Thunderbird\Profiles\4975dyug.default\Mail\Local Folders\Inbox: Email.Phishing.RB-1253 FOUND
Thunderbird\Profiles\4975dyug.default\Mail\Local Folders\Trash: Email.Phishing.RB-1253 FOUND
How come regardless of whether I try to report, remove, or quarantine, Clamwin doesn't seem to touch these files and they just keep showing up ea. time I read Clamwin?
Suggestions? Other shareware tools out there I should could run?

it detects those in your thunderbird inbox and does not remove or quarantine the inbox because you'd loose all your mail. You may try compacting your inbox in thunderbird as messages you delete are only removed from the index file not the mailbox. If that doesn't help you can add the following to the exclusion filter:
<.*\\Thunderbird\\Profiles\\4975dyug.default\\Mail\\Local Folders\\.*>
