I noted some comercial avs tries to unload infected applications, and if the av could not close this, the av save a registry where is located the infected file and restart the computer, so can to delete the infected file before loading windows.

I think is a good idea to implement this in clamwin, because clamwin tries to unload infected applications, but sometimes couldn't close them.
