W32.CIH.1003 and Trojans - How to remove them

Dear friends,
After using ClaimWin Free Antivirus to scan my hard drive, W32.CIH.1003 (and some different Trojans) were found. I open C:\Document & Setting\All Users\.claimwin\quarantine but the folder is empty.
Maybe I don't know how to set up the ClaimWin Free Antivirus. Please help!!! Thanks and have a good day.

Open the preferences of ClamWin. On the General tab, there are options that determine what to do when a virus is found (Report only / Quarantine / Remove).

Of course you can also check the scan log and find the infected files manually in Windows Explorer.
