We can't help with Android. ClamWin is a Windows on-demand antivirus only. There are lots of Android Avs that you can access. Try the Play Store.

They can't be accidently activated because they have a "infected" put at the end of the file when put in quarrantine. To activate them, you would have to rename them to get rid of the "infected" and then run the file. Most AVs do something, like encryption, to incapicitate them, but this is a simple way to prevent activation, and it works. When you have a free, open source AV, you have to keep it simple.
