Configure ClamWin To Quarrantine Infected Files

You can configure ClamWin to quarrantine infected files, and all you should have to do then is delete the files from the quarrantine directory. If they keep coming back, I suggest you download free cleaning software from one of the commercial antivirus software sites--like McAfee or Kaspersky. Grisoft (AVG) also has "cleaners" as well.
