These forums are for users of ClamWin, a free, open source antivirus for Windows users. It is a Windows port of the Clam AV program for Linux email servers, but it is not the same program, as it is customized for Windows users. If you are using Clam AV, we are unable to help, and I suggest you contact the Clam AV (from Cisco) web site for help.
