Clam Win Preferences states that log files will be recorded in a folder titled "Program Data". My win 10 software does not have a folder titled "Program Data". Where do I look for log files.

Your Program Data Folder(s) may be hidden. It often is because MS still regards users as stupid and not needing access to certain folders. Do a search on the web for "how to show hidden folders in Windows 10". Here is what I found:
