I cannot find how to use ClamWin addin in my outlook. I saw that the add-ins section of outlook has ClamWin addin but I don't know how it works and I cannot find scan button in outlook.

I don't think there is much use of ClamWin now, let alone use with Outlook. However, see if there is any information about such use in the ClamWin Help information.

You might also do some Googling online for "using ClamWin with Outlook" or something like that.

Try ClamWin Help. Also...as I mentioned, please do some Googling on the web for your problem. You can also search these forums.

ClamWin isn't being used much, let alone being used with Outlook. You should be using it as a backup to a real-time antivirus program.
