Specially windows defender is best compatible with Windows 10. While it may not have the very lightest resource footprint, it is far from the heaviest. It has also been in the top tier of security suites for several years running from multiple third-party testing evaluations. I'll leave the comments above, as it has useful info; however, this is not the place for discussion of other AV software besides ClamWin, although it appears that ClamWin is certainly on its last legs.
