Hi guys,

When I shut down Outlook 2016, the process does not quit together, it consumes memory.

Process: OlAddin.exe

How do I close the process next to Outlook?

I do not think we can help you very much unless your Outlook problem is related to the operation of ClamWin. You might take a look at Task Manager to see what all software is running. You can close running programs with Task Manager.

That is about all of the help I can give you.

Thank you for answering !

I'm using ClamWin in the company where I work.

I resolved to disable the Outlook scan.

I installed and activated ClamAv on my e-mail server, so I solved the problem, the verification goes to the E-Mail Server.

Thank you very much.

I am glad you were able to solve the problem. There have been lots of changes to Clam Av, but ClamWin has not ported the last couple of Clam AV versions over to its Windows code. Also, ClamWin does not include all the changes from previous Clam AV versions, so that could have been the cause of your problem.

Thanks for using ClamWin!
