ClamWin users the scan engine and virus signatures provided by the Clam AV project. Sometimes the Clam engine will have a false detection of a virus in a file--a false positive. ClamWin will protect against false positive detections in important files by refusing to quarantine it and giving you a message about it. If you are not an experienced user, just ignore the message. The message tells you where you can upload the falsely-detected file to Clam AV so they can correct their false signature--this is for experienced users.
Be sure to set ClamWin to quarantine infected files, and enable automatic updates. Also, since ClamWin does not scan your computer in real-time (it only scans on-demand when you tell it to or when you have a scheduled scan), you should use a real-time scanner like Microsoft Security Essentials or Panda Free Cloud and use ClamWin as a backup scanner.
Thank you for using ClamWin!
Regards,
