Help me with build ClamWin from sources please.
When i run build.bat (with changed paths), happens error "build.cmd is not recognized as an internal or external command". I try to find that file, but anything found. It's some from Visual C++? But where it can be exactly?
When i run setup_all.py build install, script output "running build, running install, running install_data". But after that i don't have any binary files (or something else) in directory dist (except 2 empty folder: bin and lib).

I have installed Visual Studio 2005, Visual C++ Toolkit 2003, Platform SDK, Python 2.3, wxPython 2.4, py2exe, InnoSetup 5 and ISBuild 5.

Your setup sounds correct
If you read the build.bat file then you will find that it calls:
addons\pyclamav\build.cmd

You need to get the addons folder from git and build it

I don't have addons folder, and i dont't see that folder in git (http://sourceforge.net/p/clamwin/code/ci/dfe2bf4351a9879c48e21ad70e676d1235fdf502/tree/).
Now i try to build with setup_all.py script. When just run him, see error with zipfile = "lib/clamwin.zip", when i comment that, i see error with options = {"py2exe" : py2exe_options}, when i comment typelibs array, everythin build and i finally see .exe files! But they don't work... When i run ClamWin.exe, he make log, where writted that:

What's wrong?.. I have a feeling that developers not commit all sources... Or... i don't know. Maybe his need typelibs, but what wrong with that array? And what wrong with .zip?

Found addons on SVN. But it's not end, now i have problem with pyc building... Love it

Where to get io.h (included into pyconfig.h)? Google recommend install pandas for python, but i can't see any for 2.3. Try to build pandas 0.10 from source, but get syntax error (think it cuz python 2.3).
It's needed when cl.exe build pyc.

You don't need panda to get io.h just google "io.h download" it's the first result. scan the file just in case...
