Wanted to ask a silly question maybe, which version of Clamwin to installon VPS running windows 2008

The most current version (available for downloading via the ClamWin main web page) is the version that everyone should use.
You might consider becoming a ClamWin beta tester--I don't think there are many beta testers on your platform.
