One of my users gets this error every time he opens emails from a specific sender. The emails always have PDF attachments, but PDF attachments from other senders do not have this problem. The email client is Outlook 2007 on Windows XP, and it only effects this one workstation. Any help is appreciated.

I'm getting this error each time I try to open an email containing an attachment:

An Error occurred whilst scanning: scanFile: No database loaded

The problem started when I downloaded and installed version 0.96.0 and persists when I downloaded and installed 0.96.0.1 this morning.

Running Vista

Delete the contents of c:\users\all users\.clamwin\db folder and download virus database update from clamwin tray icon

The error should disappear. If not try a manual scan and post your results
