My computer was off when the scheduled scan is supposed to run weekly because the computer was asleep or off (it's set to go to sleep after two hours of inactivity, and hibernate when I close the lid plugged in or not), and with my usage I'm not sure there's a consistent enough day/time that I have the laptop on, and I'm not seeing an option to set ClamWin to scan ASAP after a missed scheduled scan.
Is there an option for this, or is there some reason why there isn't one or shouldn't be one?

There is no option to make up a missed Clamwin scan. There will probably not be one because the ClamWin developers are reluctant to do any development/improvement other than to prepare a Windows port for the Clam code for Linux email scanners.
Of course, if you are a programmer, you might try your hand at it. It is written in C++, but some of the ClamWin code uses Python.

Hello, I would recommend you simply to have a look online at some software-related forums whether someone else has such issues. For example, when I needed assistance with my task I used a source https://mid-terms.com/statistics-research-projects/ which I found online.

Good idea!
The ClamWin developers have always recommended that ClamWin users search these forums for their problem before posting.
I worked as a sigmaker for Clam AV (the scanning engine used by ClamWin) for 5 years, and we learned that "Google is your friend" if we needed information.
