Ok so i work for an MSP and one of the companies we support is at a managed building. They have bought a printer which they want to use scan to email on.
When going through the setup a week ago it worked perfectly fine and the day after that it suddenly stopped with no changes made by us.
i used the Shields UP Port scanner and last week only the ping echo failed but after telling them to get the port unblocked, now the Solicited TCP Packets is failing and the ping echo is fine.
Am i right in assuming the building is blocking port 587 so we can't use scan to email?
They have a printer themselves downstairs where they charge like 35p per email so i assume they're actually blocking the port or am i on a competently different planet?https://100001.onl/ 10.0.0.0.1 https://1921681254.mx/ 192.168.1.254 https://happymod.site/ happymod

I don't think we can help you here. These forums are devoted to installation/use of the free, open source ClamWin antivirus for Windows users.
