Hello,
when i installed ClamWin version 0.99.4 the installer under item
"international help files" only offer dutch and french translated help
files.
So i translate the English open document source files (*.odt) to german.
Then i save the german open document files also as HTML pages and generate a
compiled Windows help file manual_DE.chm.
From the open document master document manual_DE.odm i generate
manual_DE.pdf.
The resulting PDF and CHM files together with translated document sources are
stored inside clamwin-doc-de.zip with directory structure.
I have done this translation work some years ago. If somebody has interest
for this i can send this archive or can somebody say where i can send this
archive to ClamWin developing team.

You can contact the ClamWin developers via the Contact Us link on the ClamWin main web page.
It appears to me that development on ClamWin has stopped. There have been no new versions for well over a year now, and the Clam AV Linux source has had regular updates during that time. ClamWin is still only an on-demand scanner, and users need real-time protection against today's ransomware, fileless malware, and other high-tech malware.
Regards,
