Cant download updates using updater

nonblock_connect: giving up due to excessive bogus loops
Can't connect to port 80 of host database.clamav.net (IP: 172.110.204.67)

Get this error every time I try to update. This is a fresh install of windows 10.

I get this error message sometimes. It usually updates after some time. If it doesn't, set up hourly updates. If updates then, I wouldn't worry about it. My personal opinion is that Cisco/Clam AV doesn't have enough mirrors for the number of users (Clam AV has a lot).

I get this message every time. I have waited for 5 mins and it never updates. I don't understand, others seem to have no issues.

I think I fixed it. Just needed to add ClamWin.exe to outbound firewall rules.

zombiewall I'm having similar issue but I'm not using any 3rd party
http://forbjudrokning.se/category/tips-sluta-roka/ firewall. How did you fix that?
