Google Translate does work well, but you cannot use a lot of functions with it, and many times when you go to a new page, it will not translate it. Also, it screw up the page layout many times.

There is one good translator you can get that plugin when you build the site. I think it called translatorx plugin.
Also must say that these plugins in these days do not work 100%. With these plugins you can only catch the idea of the article.

With Google translator, you should just keep the normal order of the words in sentence: subject, verb and the rest - when you make your sentences like that, GT does the great job!

Well my experience with google translate is that it's awful translating pages to hebrew (which is my mother tongue).. it messes up all the words.. but maybe on other languages it's fine...

Have to agree with you on that. And since you mention it, I have to say that I wouldn't recommend using GT on any translation whatsoever if you want and need to use the final translation for a project or something similar.

If you just want to translate a certain language so that you can better comprehend a text in a different language other than your mother tongue, than GT is of great help.
