Okay, I figured out how this can be done. I am posting the answer here for anyone else who might need to do this in future.
Steps: 1) I opened the .hdb signature file using OpenOffice calc (works for other sig files as well). 2) There is an option in calc - 'Export Data as HTML', and I did so. (I did not try this with MS excel, but wth, you can try it ). 3) Data from an HTML file can be easily imported into MS Access 2007 using 'import data' option. So there, easy as cake. Same can be done with PDFs, Text files, etc. Hope it helps. Now I just have to figure out how this can be done programmatically >.< TC everyone |
